How do I get access to the store?

Create an account on the sign-up page. Every request is reviewed by our team. You’ll get an email when your account is approved, and you can log in after that.

I signed up but can’t log in. Why?

Your account is probably still pending review. You can log in once it’s approved. If it’s been more than [number] business days, email support@realpeptidelabs.com.

Ordering and payment

How do I pay?

No card details are collected on this website. Place your order at checkout using Pay by Invoice, and our team will send you an invoice within one business day. We accept [Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay] through the invoice.

When does my order ship?

Once your invoice is paid. See Shipping Info for cutoff times and delivery options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible, and we can add items, remove items, or cancel. If you add items, we’ll send an invoice for the difference.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. 10-pack bundles are listed at the bottom of the shop page. For larger quantities, email support@realpeptidelabs.com.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Every shipment is covered by our shipment protection. Contact us and we’ll make it right. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Products and testing

Are your products tested?
